FAQs
Q. I NEED A REMOVAL ASAP!
If you book you collection by 12pm we should be able to get someone out to you the very next day. However If its an emergency we suggest you give us a call as we might have a driver in your area and we could possibly send them your way.

Q. WHAT IS THE LAST DATE FOR A REMOVAL ?
Our Removals will run up to about mid-January and finish between the 10th and 15th. You'll be able to see your last removal day when selecting a service at checkout.

Q. DO I KEEP MY STAND?
Yes if your purchased your stand from us it is yours to keep for future use in years to come.

Q. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUTDOOR AND INDOOR REMOVAL?
Outdoor removal enables you to save some money by undressing the tree and leaving it outside for one of our team to collect. Our Indoor Removal option provides a bit more support in that we will come into the house or office and remove the tree for you. So you don't have to do any heavy lifting. We do however ask that you undress the tree beforehand and leave it bare in it's stand.

Council Christmas Tree Recycling

Your local Council may take your tree away free of charge. In all the Councils listed below, only real trees are recycled and all decorations, lights and stands must be removed beforehand.

Barnet

For Barnet Council Christmas tree recycling in early 2026, residents with garden waste collection can leave their decorated-free real trees out for collection on specific dates in January (likely 10th or 17th), while others can use the Summers Lane Reuse & Recycling Centre (RRC) after Christmas. Always remove decorations and lights, and for curbside collection, cut larger trees in half and place them by the boundary.

For Curbside Collection (Garden Waste Subscribers):

  • When: Expect collections in January 2026, potentially around Saturday, January 10th, or Saturday, January 17th, as per past patterns.
