This nationwide service is available to the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Fresh Trees:
We keep your tree watered until the day before delivery, ensuring it arrives fresh. -
Delivery to Your Door:
Couriers provide a convenient drop-off service. -
Missed Delivery:
If you're not home during delivery, the couriers will leave a card, and you can arrange a free second delivery. A charge may apply if you miss the second attempt. -
Convenience Option:
If you’re unsure you'll be home, you can opt to have the tree left in a safe place or with a neighbor. -
Delivery Delays:
If the courier is delayed and cannot deliver on your chosen date, the delivery will be automatically rescheduled for the next available working day. Please note, in severe weather, delays of up to 5 days may occur.*
