Where is the decoration service available?
Within our London service area. Enter your postcode at checkout to see your options and dates. Nationwide courier delivery doesn't include installation or decoration. If you're just outside the area, get in touch and we'll see if we can help.
When can you install and decorate?
Every day from 17 November to 24 December, weekends included, subject to availability. The last week of November and first week of December book up first.
What's included with a decorated tree?
Choose your tree, stand, lights and decoration set to suit your taste, then select the decoration service at checkout. Our team will deliver, install, light and decorate your tree. For the full experience, add full undressing and removal so we can return after Christmas to take off the decorations and collect your tree.
Can you use our own decorations?
Yes. Let us know when booking, and contact us if you'd like advice on how many decorations you'll need or whether your lights and stand are suitable.
Can we book trees for several offices?
Yes. Email team@pinesandneedles.com with your postcodes, preferred dates and tree sizes and we'll help you plan every location.
What if our plans change?
You can amend or cancel products, or change your delivery or removal date, up to three working days before dispatch, subject to availability.
What about outdoor trees or trees over 12ft?
Our Civics team installs, lights and decorates trees up to 40ft. Explore specialist installations.
