Refund policy

Pines and Needles pride themselves on selecting the best possible Christmas Trees and products available.  Should any product sold by Pines and Needles not meet the high standards our customers expect a full return and refund process is available.

Christmas Trees
For London deliveries, we always aim to carry spare stock in our vans and aim to give customers a choice of Tree on their doorstep. Should a customer be unavailable to choose we offer a 24-hour return if unhappy with the Christmas Tree selected.

For nationwide deliveries, we guarantee quality and if a customer has any queries please contact us directly to rearrange a replacement.

Accessories and other products
Pines and Needles will accept either a replacement or a full refund for any products found to be defective on arrival. Please contact Pines and Needles directly for more information.

Pines and Needles will not be responsible for Return Delivery costs.
