Our Pines and Needles stores are opening from mid-November, and we’re inviting local businesses near our stores to join us for the festive season. As a Business Partner, we’ll provide your business with a free premium-grade Christmas tree up to 6ft, which you can collect from any Pines and Needles store.
In return, we’ll give you a unique 7% discount code for you to promote to your customers, staff, followers and wider network. It’s a simple way to bring Christmas to your premises while giving your customers something extra this festive season.

Promote your unique discount code through your usual channels, including social media, email, newsletters, your website or in-store. We’ll provide ready-to-use digital assets to make promoting the offer quick and easy. Please note, you will be required to provide proof that the code has been promoted.

Our Business Affiliates Programme is designed for businesses looking for a simple way to bring Christmas to their premises while offering their customers 7% off Pines and Needles Christmas trees.

How to Register

- Participation. Pines and Needles reserves the right to decide which businesses it partners with. Registrations for the 2026 programme close on 10 Nov 2026.
- Your Christmas tree. Each participating business may collect one free premium-grade real Christmas tree up to 6ft from an agreed Pines and Needles store, subject to availability. Delivery, a stand, decorations and other services are not included unless agreed separately.
- Sharing the offer. In return for the tree, the business must share its supplied 7% discount code with its customers, staff or other stakeholders through appropriate channels, such as social media or newsletters. Pines and Needles will provide promotional content that the business can use.
- Evidence of promotion. The business must provide evidence that it shared the offer when requested, such as a link, screenshot or copy of a newsletter. If it does not provide evidence, Pines and Needles may charge the business the retail price of the tree it collected, up to a maximum of £85, and/or exclude it from future affiliate programmes.
- The 7% offer. The code applies to eligible real Christmas trees purchased online at pinesandneedles.com or from a Pines and Needles store. It does not apply to Civics or Wholesale orders. The code expires on 24 Dec 2026, although some stores and sales channels may close earlier. It cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to an order already placed.
- Responsible promotion. The business must describe the offer accurately and comply with the rules that apply to marketing through its own channels. It does not need to share customer or staff contact details with Pines and Needles.
