From hands-on projects, including helping to clear the River Brent, through to creating festive traditions, we cherish the connections we build with the people we serve. Where possible, we prioritise local recruitment and have many staff members returning year on year.

We believe in giving back, we do this in many different ways, from partnering with local Schools, Businesses, and Charities, or donating trees to shelters/families. Once Christmas is over, we allow local councils, businesses, or Zoos to take our recycled and chipped trees.
