The Pines and Needles Experience
This year the Pines and Needles Christmas Experience starts on 17th November. This signals the opening of our pop-up stores across London. This year we are in 30 different locations across London from Ealing to Lee Valley and from Stoke Newington to Lavender Hill. We also have a store in Bournemouth, St. Albans and even one in Scotland too. Be sure to check out which one is nearest to you. Don’t forget we also ship nationwide so if there isn’t a store nearby never fear we’ll do everything in our power to get you sorted.
At our stores we try to cater for all your Christmas Tree and decoration needs. One of the things we always say, and which is borne out every year by our customers, is that you should try and make it a family occasion. It’s great fun to come and pick your own tree from one of our pop-up stores. All our stores are easy access, so you can get up close and personal, touch and smell the tree that will grace your home over the festivities. Remember our trees are fresh and are grown, nurtured, pruned, and harvested in our own Scottish plantations. All our trees are quality graded by our team making it easy to choose one that is just right for you. Our Kilted teams will be sure to welcome you and your family and create a truly festive atmosphere. They are on hand to give you friendly help and advice. We also have a great range of decorations and accessories so make sure you get there early so as not to be disappointed.

If you are just too busy to come out and pick your own tree you can order with us online. Our London Christmas team will help select the perfect Christmas Tree for you and your family and have it delivered to your door by our team in Kilts.
In recent years we’ve extended our ‘experience’ beyond our stores to people’s homes with a fantastic delivery service which can include tree installation and even lights and decorations, if it all becomes too much for you to do it yourself. It is incredibly important to us that we help you to get the most out of your Christmas.
We have been established for over twenty years are continually expanding our plantations and extending our geographic reach. This takes real commitment to the communities in which our stores are located which is a year-round endeavour. These community ties ensure that we remain grounded and continue to provide a brilliant service, whilst growing our family run company in a way that is environmentally sound.
In 2016 we hit the headlines when we supplied a tree to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, which was the first time the couple were seen in public. Our customers are our greatest asset, and we appreciate that many come back year on year to buy their Christmas Trees from us. We like to think that we are the Christmas Tree experts... experts in planting, growing, harvesting, selling, and delivering our trees. We also provide a service from delivery through to installation and decoration and beyond to organised and sustainable recycling.
