The London EDITION required a premium indoor Christmas tree installation to enhance its guest experience during the festive season.
As a design-led luxury hotel in the heart of London, the objective was to deliver a visually striking and atmospheric installation that aligned with the hotel’s brand, creating a warm, elegant focal point for guests and visitors.
Working within a five-star hotel environment introduced several key considerations. The installation needed to meet exceptionally high aesthetic standards, with every detail carefully aligned to the hotel’s interiors and brand identity.
Timing was critical, with installation scheduled late at night to avoid disruption to guests and daily operations. Space limitations within the lobby required careful planning to ensure the tree delivered impact without overwhelming the environment. In addition, coordination with other contractors meant the process needed to be seamless and efficient.
Fire safety requirements also added an additional layer of complexity, requiring full flame-retardant treatment to meet compliance standards.
An 18ft indoor Nordmann Fir Christmas tree was installed as a central feature within the hotel, designed to create a refined and elegant festive focal point.
The tree was dressed with warm white LED connector lighting, delivering a soft, premium finish suited to the interior design. A full flame-retardant treatment (three coats) was applied to ensure compliance with safety requirements, without compromising the natural appearance of the tree.
Installation was carried out overnight, ensuring minimal disruption, with full service provided including delivery, installation, takedown, collection, and recycling.
The installation delivered a high-end, аtmospheric festive centrepiece that enhanced the guest experience and elevated the hotel’s seasonal environment. The tree became a natural focal point within the space, contributing to both ambiance and guest engagement.
