Duke of York Square, managed by Cadogan Estates Ltd, required a large-scale feature Christmas tree installation to anchor its festive programme.

A 35ft Norway Spruce Christmas tree was installed as a central feature within Duke of York Square, designed to create a strong visual focal point.
The installation included a bespoke octagonal base box, providing a premium and secure finish suited to the scale of the tree. Due to the size and complexity of the installation, a HIAB crane was used to ensure safe and efficient positioning.
Delivery and installation were carried out to a precise schedule, aligning with event timelines, with full service provided including takedown, collection, and recycling following the season.
