Our Christmas Tree Guarantee

Our real plantation grown Christmas trees are cared for by our growers through the years and when ready they are harvested for the festive season. They are graded so that our customers get only premium quality trees when ordering with us online. 

Real Christmas trees are a thing of beauty, each one is hand selected, unique in shape and look. Green, fresh, lush and freshly cut before delivery to you. Like cut flowers our trees are natural products and freshness cannot be guaranteed but, we do provide advice on how to keep them fresher for longer. 

Our Christmas tree quality guarantee is that if you are not happy with your tree upon arrival you have 2 days to let us know and we will look into the issue and organise a replacement Christmas tree for you if required free of charge.
