Here at Pines and Needles there is a delivery option to suit everyone anywhere on mainland Britain. If you make an order without a Christmas tree, (ie.: stands, lights, decorations, wreaths and garlands) then delivery is only £9.95.

You're always in the loop Your driver will call you an hour before he arrives Your driver will call you if there's a problem What if you're late? We have been on time 98% of the time over the past 4 years - which is a remarkable achievement by our drivers given last year's snowfall But if we are late, we will do everything in our power to keep you informed. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. NB.: Time slots are approximate only and we are unable to guarantee delivery times due the nature of London traffic and the overwhelming demand during the Christmas period (especially the Mornings), but we will do everything in our power to keep you informed if something does go wrong.

Nationwide Deliveries

Don't worry if you can't take advantage of our amazing London Christmas tree delivery service - you can have your Christmas tree delivered anywhere in the UK mainland. Our couriers can deliver trees up to 8ft tall.

How much does it cost?
Only £19.95 for deliveries on Tuesdays-Thursdays by 5PM

For homes and offices outside central London, deliveries are made by our excellent affiliate courier service. All you need to do is choose which day you’d like your goods delivered – and hey presto they’ll be there before 5pm that day. Unfortunately the couriers are not contracted to install trees.

If we miss you at point of delivery, we’ll leave a card and you can rearrange a second delivery free of charge. However if we miss you a second time, you may incur a failed delivery charge. Alternatively, it would make things easier if you tick the "friendly neighbours" or "safe garden" box when ordering, so we can leave the tree in a safe place if you're not in.

If the courier service is late and cannot delivery your goods on the date of your choice, they will automatically put your delivery forward to the next available delivery date. Delays can occur with the courier delivery services. Such delays are beyond our control and as such do not qualify the order for a refund. In severe weather delays of up to 5 days may occur so please allow for this if you require your tree by a specific date.

NB: Sadly we are unable to deliver trees to Northern Ireland and The Isle of Wight this season.

We only operate in the UK, but in some cases we are able to deliver our products (trees, etc) in Europe. Contact us with your requirements for more information.
