Our tree was delivered last night without a hitch and it is great! The delivery men were lovely, they gave me some mistletoe which was very kind and the tree is just what we wanted. We stayed up late to decorate it and it looks fantastic!

Please allow me to express my sincere Thanks and Gratitude on behalf of Benbow House Residents Association.

The Service and Professionalism shown to us yesterday, when we discovered that the tree had not been ordered - our Christmas Party looming 3 hours away - was outstanding, and you truly handled the situation in an amazing customer service.

Within 2 hours, your Van - complete with tree on the front spoiler - pulled up outside, the tree was up and decorated in time for our party.

We can only assume that Pines and Needles is really a Santa Workshop with many Elves working hard to make Miracles happen.

We received the following email from one of our customers on Wednesday, the 7^th of December, 2005:

Dear Sirs,

I am writing to express my gratitude for the fast, efficient and friendly service that I have received from your company. We received our Christmas tree this afternoon from a delivery man dressed in a kilt (quite amusing considering it is such a cold day!) and he had the tree up and ready to be decorated in no time at all.

The tree itself has already had many comments and is the nicest one we have ever had; a beautiful aroma and beautifully shaped.

I have booked for someone to collect the tree on the 3rd January and will look forward to receiving your excellent service again.

I have been very impressed and will most certainly be using your company again next year.
