• What did I get last year?

  • As a returning customer you can login to your account and see exactly what you ordered last year.

  • There's a even a nice little feature that allows you to repeat your order - this will even copy over your previous delivery preferences and instructions to speed things up.

  • Of course, you will be asked to select a new delivery date and you will able to review every detail before you actually confirm the order.

• How soon can you deliver?

  • We operate a very flexible and quick-response service. You can order your tree a month in advance and pick the exact date of your delivery, just as well as you can order your tree in the afternoon and have it delivered that same evening (selected postcodes only). But here are the facts:
  • We offer next-day delivery all over the UK if order by 2PM
  • We offer the same high standard delivery service every day until Christmas Eve (weekends included) to all postcodes within our catchment area
  • Sadly, Monday and weekend deliveries are not available outside London (or outside our catchment area)
  • We offer same-day delivery to these postcodes:
    • W9, W11, W10, W2, NW8, NW6, W8, W1, NW1, NW3, SW1, SW8, SW11, SW10, SW6, SW12, SW3, SW5, SW7, SW8, SW4

• I want a decorated Christmas tree

  • You can order online in just 3 easy steps!
  • We can supply everything you need: tree, stand and decorations.
    • we decorate the tree in any colour/style of your choosing
    • the stand and decorations are yours to keep for next season
      unfortunately we are unable to 'hire' decorations
    • we can use your own decorations (if you have them)
  • Our expert team will take care of everything:
    • from delivery and decoration
    • to recycling and packing your decorations for storage
  • We can decorate any tree (even if you didn't buy it from us)
  • This service is available for trees up to 12ft in London (within the M25) and you can order it all online.

• Can I choose my specific delivery time?

  • Yes, if:
    • you live within our London Catchment Area, or
    • you use our specialist decoration or installation services.
  • No, if:
    • you live outside our London Catchment Area, or
    • you choose our budget "anytime" delivery service.
  • You may choose from 3 different "4 hour windows":
    • Morning - 08:00 - 12:00
    • Afternoon - 13:00 - 17:00
    • Evening - 18:00 - 22:00
  • Unfortunately it is impossible to be any more specific, given the unpredictable nature of London traffic, however...
  • If you live within our London Catchment Area, we'll send you the driver's name and number so you can get a more specific time on the day.

• Can I pick my own tree (even if I order it online)?

  • Yes, if:
    • you live within our London Catchment Area, or
    • you use our specialist decoration or installation services.
  • No, if:
    • you live outside our London Catchment Area, or
    • you choose our budget "anytime" delivery service.
    • However (see below)...
  • We guarantee the quality of all our trees so if you are unhappy with the one you receive (even if you didn't get to pick it yourself) we we'll replace it free of charge.

• Can you collect and recycle my Christmas tree?

  • Yes! If you live within our catchment area (see right).
  • Our collection / recycling services operate on a similar system to our delivery services, meaning:
    • you can pick a collection time
    • we'll send you the driver's name and phone number

• How can I look after my tree? How long will it last?

  • It's very difficult to judge how long a tree will survive after we deliver it to you. Our real Christmas trees and very much like flowers and need care, attention and lots of water to stay fresh as long as possible.
  • We continuously replenish our stock through the season to ensure we always have the freshest trees available, so to maximise their life span.
  • Common factors that may reduce the life span of your tree include:
    • Lack of water
    • Central heating (radiators)
    • Fire places
    • Air-conditioned environments
  • To maximise the life-span of your tree, you should:
    • keep it away from heat-sources
    • do not put in in air-conditioned environments
    • water your tree daily (this is very important). If the water level drops below the tree's trunk, sap will re-seal the bark within hours. This will prevent the tree from drinking again - even if you refill the stand.

Can you deliver to my address?

• Yes, if you live in England, Scotland or Wales.

Am I in your 'London Catchment Area'?

• If so, we can offer you all our products and services, we can install and decorate your tree and you can choose a specific delivery time.
• If not, we can only deliver trees up to 7ft, we cannot offer you our decoration, installation and removal services.
• We can sometimes make an exception if you require a large tree (above 12ft) or you require our installation/decoration services.
