This year Londoners will be able to buy a Christmas tree and other Christmas goodies from Hyde Park. The park is hosting the very exciting Winter Wonderland from 1st December. Visitors can enjoy the festive German market and the more adventurous can go ice-skating, ride the big wheel, the carousel or even take a toboggan ride. Josh and Sam Lyle, who started their Christmas tree company pinesandneedles.com (http://www.pinesandneedles.com) over 12 years ago, are really excited to be part of the German Christmas Market, "some of the markets in Germany are really spectacular and it will be wonderful to bring that to London" remarked Sam.

Pines and Needles.com are hoping to expand their family business by selling their Scottish home grown trees in Hyde Park, Battersea Park, Maida Vale, Bluewater Shopping Centre and Ealing Broadway. For those of us who are too busy to face the Christmas madness on the streets, Pines and Needles.com offer a convenient online service and can deliver, decorate and even remove and recycle our trees after Christmas.

Trees are available to order now, sites will open in the last week of November.
